1. Is there a Homeowner’s Association?

Yes. The HOA dues are $350 annually and cover the costs of maintaining the flowing fountain grand entrance and the general maintenance for the community’s common areas such as the Club house. The HOA was implemented to protect and maintain the integrity and natural beauty of the community for all the residents to enjoy.


2. How many homes are planned for the community?

There are over 800 homes proposed for the community. The homes vary in size and range from $117-180K to fit every budget.


3. Are there plans for a pool?

Yes, There are plans for a community pool! Phase 1 of our amenities was to complete the fountain and the clubhouse, which has been done. Phase 2 includes the pool and playground.


4. What about conveniences like shopping and dining? How close are they?

In the past few years the city of Calera has grown tremendously. Calera is home to several restaurants such as The Fish Market and Malinos. Walmart is only a few miles away. The Colonial Promenade, is conveniently located less than 10 minutes away and offers a vast array of shopping and dining such as: Target, JC Penney, Best Buy, Olive Garden, O’Charley’s, Long Horn, Belk, Pier 1Imports , Ross, Lowes, Old Navy, and so much more.


5. What school is Shiloh Creek zoned for?

Calera Elementary, Calera Middle, and Calera High School. Calera High school just opened a state of the art new school in Fall 2008. All of the schools are just minutes away from Shiloh Creek.
